Zerdium LLC operates four distinct product divisions:

• Nova Lite: Individual Remote Access software for personal workstations and consenting remote assistance.
• Zaridium: Targeted game modding software, multi-language runtime scripting engine (Lua, JavaScript, and C#), and community creator marketplace for sandbox, custom community server, and modded environments.
• M1das (RAE): Remote Access Enterprise (High Scale) for fleet administration and corporate infrastructure.
• 5334 Video Games Studio: Original interactive IP and authorized/licensed game remasters.

• Clean-Room Engineering: All Zerdium LLC software and documentation are developed independently without proprietary third-party source code or leaked SDKs.
• Authorized Use: Remote administration tools (Nova Lite and M1das RAE) are licensed exclusively for systems owned or explicitly authorized by the operator. Runtime scripting and modding tools are designed for local, sandbox, and custom community environments; end users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable third-party terms.
• DMCA & Rightsholder Notices: If you are a copyright or trademark owner and wish to submit a takedown or legal inquiry, email legal@zerdium.com with identification of the work and the specific URL or material in question.

Zerdium LLC does not sell personal data and runs zero third-party advertising trackers on zerdium.com:

• Public Visitors: Browsing zerdium.com requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. Standard edge network request metadata (IP address and User-Agent) is processed transiently by Cloudflare for DDoS mitigation and security.
• Inbound Legal Correspondence: Emails sent to legal@zerdium.com are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database strictly to process and respond to legal and compliance inquiries.
• Administrator Authentication: Administrative access uses WebAuthn hardware passkeys and httpOnly session cookies.
